Do you accept AMEX?
Yes we do. We accept most other credit cards as well.
Where is my tracking link?
When your order is shipped we will email your tracking number to you. It can take up to 24 hours for us to get this number.
What is your warranty on your products?
There is a one year warranty on all products. If a product you have bought from us fails within one year of you ordering it we will replace it. We also provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 100 days. This means that if you are not 100% satisfied you just have to return your order to us and we will refund 100% of the price you paid. We will not pay for return shipping. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for details and conditions.

Where do you ship to?
We offer free standard shipping to the United States and also worldwide (although it takes longer, depending on the country). See our Shipping page for more details.

Do you charge any Sales Tax?
We don't charge sales tax currently. We will display and charge Sales Tax on the order form where required by law
