When will my order be shipped?

We will ship your order within two business days of your order (normally within 24 hours), except in exceptional circumstances, when we will inform you by email.

United States orders should arrive within 5 - 8 days. Worldwide orders generally take more time.

What do you charge for shipping?

You get Free Standard Shipping within the United States and now also free shipping worldwide as well.

Can I get a tracking number?

When your order is shipped we will email your tracking number to you. It can take up to 24 hours for this number to be supplied to us. Worldwide orders do not always have a tracking number. We'll tell you if we can't get one.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order by using the tracking link we sent you by email. We can resend the link if you contact us here.

For worldwide shipments, if we couldn't provide a tracking link then please contact us via our contact page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping worldwide.

How do I return a product?

Open a support ticket here and we will help you to return it. Please include your order number and the email address you used when you bought the product.
